The Challenge
DCE had a website that needed to:
- Restructure content and design around how users think, not just the service we deliver
- Help new visitors *instantly* get why DCE is different (and valuable)
- Surface additional services like event registration, platform builds, creative support, etc.
- Highlight trust, flexibility, and the way we grow with client
- Avoid dead ends and guide users toward meaningful actions that encourages them to explore the site continually
My role:
I was part of the internal media team, leading UX, visual design, and digital strategy. I initiated the redesign to complement our newly revised marketing strategy (guided by Coconspirator) and took the lead on:
- Researching competitors and mapping gaps in the market
- Defining our users: from executive assistants to event marketing leads
- Working with our internal teams to bring content and information to life
- Designing a new structure in Figma that can continue to grow with the company (lo-fi to hi-fi)
- Collaborating with copywriters and leadership on tone, hierarchy, and goals
User Insights
We used empathy mapping and persona snapshots to guide user flows. Our users didn’t always know what service they needed, but they knew their problems. The site had to help them discover what was possible.
Our core audiences:
C-Suite Executives/Assitants
- Juggling Timelines
- Managing Vendor Calls
- Respects Professionalism
Marketing Managers
- Focus on Engangement and ROi
- Understand Their Brand
Corporate Event Planners
- Creative Solutions
- Long-term Collaboration

The Solution

Wireframes | Information Architechture
The focus of the website design was to address gaps in the market and meeting customer expectations.
The goal was to build trust in Gemini Prime Smart-Solutions while clearly showcasing their services and the tools they use. Using these insights, I created and refined wireframes and developed an information architecture that captured the necessary content for the page. After receiving client approval, we proceeded to the next phase of the project.

Concluding Thoughts
The Gemini Prime Smart-Solutions project allowed me to create a cohesive brand and user-friendly website by addressing key pain points for a new business. Through market research and user insights, I developed a solution that highlighted their services and built trust with customers. This experience sharpened my skills in UX/UI design, brand strategy, and client collaboration. I'm eager to bring these skills to future projects, driving both user satisfaction and business success.
